Executive Board

The Executive Board investigates, prepares, and approves the budget for the following fiscal year while administering, appropriating the current year’s funds. The Executive Board also manages the business affairs of any and all Rensselaer Union facilities, approves the hiring and continuance of all administrative personnel for the Rensselaer Union, and determines the classifications of new and current student clubs and organizations.

Membership

The Executive Board is composed of between 15 and 20 voting representatives and is chaired by the 132nd President of the Union Yaseen Mahmoud '22. The Executive Board's membership includes a class representative for each of the class cohorts (including graduates), club and organization representatives, member-at-large representatives, and one representative each for the Student Senate, the Undergraduate Council, and the Graduate Council.
